Technical Data and Features We collect your device ID, mobile operating system, mobile operating system version number, mobile phone manufacturer, operator, mobile phone model, network type, mobile phone system language, IP address, resolution rate for anti-fraud purposes Contacts We collect your contact information. User Responsibilities
Although Masayacash has used its best efforts to ensure the security and protection of Personal Data, no data transmission over the internet or storage method is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your Personal Data and we also rely on your cooperation in ensuring its security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and ensuring the security of your Account. Please take appropriate steps to protect your Personal Data, such as using strong passwords and promptly reporting any unauthorized access to your Account. We advise all User not to share any password, username, identification code, or any other information created as part of standard access security requirements with any third parties. We are not responsible for any loss caused by User’s own fault and/or negligence.
a. loss of Personal Data due to interception, unauthorized access, theft, disclosure, alteration, or destruction by third parties beyond Masayacash's control, or contrary to this Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations. This includes losses resulting from User errors or negligence;
b. security and confidentiality of Personal Data that have been processed, disclosed, and/or stored by the User, either publicly or to third parties that is not within Masayacash’s control. This applies regardless of whether such actions were taken by the User or any party other than Masayacash, provided that Masayacash does not control such party and is not negligent or at fault in protecting the User’s Personal Data;
c. risks and consequences resulting from the User's negligence or personal errors in maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Personal Data; and
d. consequences arising from the use of any media and/or application used by the User for Disclosing, Processing, and/or storing their Personal Data. This includes, but is not limited to, internet networks and cloud storage services.
